evaluation & RESEARCH
The Good Employability Company supports evaluation of projects, services and policies by:
- Using good quality evidence and research.
Case studies and personal reports, policy statements, publicity materials and outcome measures are all useful, but they do not bring us close to the truth about what works. For that we try to add comparative measurements that reach statistical reliability to the evaluation mix.
- Identifying the ‘active ingredients’ in success. Lots of elements in services – such as confidentiality and record keeping – are important and valuable but are not what makes the difference. We work to find out what is working and how it works so that you can improve results
- Helping organisations to implement valid and informative evaluation strategies is part of our work. You can evaluate your services critically (and privately) if you have your own evaluation capacity: we are here to help you achieve that.
